This issue has now been fully resolved and all traffic is flowing as expected.

Our network team have identified the cause of the issue. A temporary work around has been put in place that will resolve the presentation of the issue for customers whilst we liaise with our support vendors for a permanent fix.

Please be aware, whilst this presented similarly for some customers, this issue is unrelated to the issues experienced on Friday and a full RFO will be issued in due course.

Our network team have identified an issue with an upstream device and have rerouted traffic around this device now.

Service should be mostly restored for those customers that were impacted by this, however the network team are continuing to investigate.
