We are currently investigating an issue which may be affecting multiple customers who have connectivity via the CustFW5 cluster.

Our escalation team is looking at the issue now and an update will be posted when more information is available.

Normal service levels were restored within 5 minutes and no further issues have been seen.

Our initial investigations pointed to a distributed denial of service attack against a single customer that is routed behind this gateway.
