Avaya Telephone System Upgrade

As part of our commitment to quality and continual improvement, we will be carrying out planned upgrades to our Avaya telephone system. What will happen?

The work will specifically involves failing over to our new Avaya system which will be carried out by Avaya engineers. This is expected to take between 10-20 minutes and during this time, customers will not be able to contact iomart via our main support number. Should you require support during this maintenance window we would encourage you to raise a ticket via your control panel. When will the work be carried out?

The maintenance work will begin at 17:30 (BST) on Friday 12th April 2019 and last until 18:30 (BST) on Friday 12th April 2019. Who will be completing the work?

All of the work will be completed by Avaya engineers. The iomart operations and Infrastructure teams will be on hand at all times to assist during this work where required. Will I experience downtime?

As with any upgrade or maintenance work there is a risk to the platform. As advised, failing over to our new Avaya system is expected to take between 10-20 minutes and during this time, customers will not be able to contact iomart via our main support number.
