The underlying issue with this has now been isolated and services have been restored.

We have identified that there was an unexpected interruption to networking on one of the nodes in this cluster.

We have restored services for most customers on the affected node.

We are continuing to work on remedial actions for the few customers who are still experiencing an service interruption.
