Failed Disk on UltraVault #2 (bedford)

We are currently investigating a failed disk on one of our UltraVault servers, which put the server into read-only.

We endeavour to have this resolved before the nightly backup run tonight

The RAID array has now completely failed in bedford, after numerous attempts at inserting a replacement disk, we believe this has been caused by a faulty RAID controller.

All managed customers have had their accounts and backup schedules migrated to another backup server called 'bellwood'. There is no action required, backups will continue to run.

All non-managed customers have had their accounts and licenses migrated only, but no backup schedules. We will be contacting you separately with instructions on how to get your backups running.

We are currently in the process of rebuilding the RAID array on this server. Whilst this is in process, we have taken the server offline.
