Customers using UltraVM or SAN space on our Turing House SAN will have been sent an email about planned emergency maintenance this evening. The details of the maintenance work are in the email.

We'll update customers via www.melbournestatus.co.uk as the maintenance progresses.

All VMs have been started now and should be back online.

Managed VMs have been checked to make sure monitored services are available.

If you server is still offline please contact us by calling our support number (0800 915 8772) and our on call techies will help bring your machine(s) back online.

The firmware upgrade is now complete and we are about to start bringing servers back online.
