Shared Colo Server Migration – 24.03.2011 22:00 - 01:00

Please note, if any of your services are involved in this migration you will have already been sent an email to provide advanced notification.

As part of our facility expansion and development, we are currently moving our shared colo customers into our new Turing data centre. This new data centre is a secure facility to which all access will be accompanied by Melbourne staff and features the latest infrastructure developments.

Please note that your server will NOT be offline for the entire duration of this maintenance window, we expect machines to be offline for no more than 30 minutes. There will be no IP changes and all services/facilities will be re-connected to the server in the new facility.

We’ll be updating this site (www.melbournestatus.co.uk) when we start the migration and when the work has been completed. If your servers have not come back online by the end of the maintenance window please either call our support line (0800 915 8772) or log an emergency support ticket at support.melbourne.co.uk and we will assist in bringing your server back online.
