SAN Issue for VMs connected to XenGarden1 Nodes

We are currently investigating an issue with one of our SANs connected to our XenGarden1 cluster, which may be affecting multiple customers. An update will be posted when more information is available.

The earlier SAN issue for VMs on XenGarden1 Nodes has now been resolved, all affected VMs areback online.

Affected customers will have tickets logged, which will explain the reasons for the outage. Those customer on the XenGarden1 Nodes who do not get a ticket were not affected by the outage.

The primary restoration attempts of the affected SAN have been successful, and the affected VMs are now back online.

Post-restore checks are currently underway, and the investigation of the incident will begin thereafter.
