Possible SAN controller issue

We are currently investigating an issue with TUR3-SATA1 SAN which may be affecting multiple customers. An update will be posted when more information is available.

The issue regarding TUR3-SATA1 has now been resolved. We will be reaching out to individual customers affected via ticket. If you are still experiencing issues please do not hesitate to get in touch. We are currently investigating the root cause.

The majority of affected VMs have now been successfully started however there is a small number that're requiring manual intervention from our Engineers and we're working on getting these back online

An issue has been identified with our TUR1-SATA3 SAN which has caused some VMs to go offline. We're currently working on stabilizing the environment and restarting affected VMs.

Once all affected VMs are back online, customers affected will have tickets logged regarding this issue.
